CellOut was formed in Stockholm, Sweden in early 2004 by Percy Mejhagen and Robert Monegrim. They were both impressed by the will and talent of each other and figured that if this doesn't work then nothing will. CellOut's top priority when it comes to their music is to have refrains that stick like a top 10 pop song, yet with the charging distorted guitars eating your chest out. Their first promo-cd Superstar Prototype got them many gigs and a few record company's got in touch with the band.

Superstar Prototype became Demo of the week on the Swedish national radio show P3 Lab and for which they also did an interview. When it was time to sum up who was the most interesting bands over the last 6 months CellOut was of course mentioned with top grades. When the second promo EVILution was sent to P3 they played Dark Days and it got a huge response from the listeners.

They have also been nominated Band of the week on melodic.net and Rockradio.se On rockradio's weekly Tuesday Top Ten List, which is based on listeners votes, the song Flooded stayed in the chart for 10 weeks and 2 weeks at ..No1! The same thing happened with Dark Days which stayed in the chart the whole 10 weeks. (After 10 weeks a song gets the boot unfortunately)

CellOuts third promo Sublow 3.0 (released Jan 2006) got them the chance to support ILL NINO on all their Swedish dates and what a great response CellOut got from the ILL NINO crowd, totally amazing. CellOut wants to thank ILL NINO and crew for a fantastic 3 dates tour, hope we can do that soon again, just contact us and well be there =)

CellOut opened for Swedish legends CLAWFINGER in thier and CellOut..s hometown, Stockholm in May 2006.A great bunch of guys, thanks alot!!

In Sep 06.. CellOut had the pleasure of supporting Danish metalheads MNEMIC in Stockholm. Thanks to MNEMIC for letting us share the stage with them!

Now with the new release of their 4th promo CD "World In My Eyes" CellOut have written 6 new songs that will take the band to a new audience and with a mindblowing 1.700 PLAYS within the first 24hrs on their MySpace page just shows that there is a big interest in the band and they will do all that they can to GET SIGNED!
